Perfectly positioned on the first floor immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring 180-degree panoramic Noosa River views that stretch south to Noosaville, west to the Noosa Hinterland, and north to the river mouth and Laguna Bay.

Bask in the sun by day on the sandy beach just below your unit, or fish from the private jetty, or watch the river activity. Apartment 8 – Las Rias has been completely and beautifully renovated with high-spec finishes and designer kitchen and laundry appliances. The entire unit is fully air-conditioned, with new reverse cycle air conditioning units in all 2 bedrooms and the living room, and ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. The apartment’s renovation was created by a local interior designer and is quality built with beautifully appointed furnishings and fittings—but with an emphasis on comfort and a calm colour palette. Over-generous kitchen settings and appliances, ample space for extra guest dining, and separate outdoor settings for additional guests also.

The new renovation inclusions give consideration to guests that may have some mobility issues. The unit has no internal steps, has raised bench tops, raised toilet heights in both bathrooms, no shower hobs, and a built-in shower seating bench in the main shower. All tiled flooring (including the balcony tiling) is nonslip, newly carpeted bedrooms, and wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom.

The riverfront central location of this unit strikes the perfect balance between excitement and tranquillity, ensuring you can fully savour your stay in this captivating coastal destination.
