Apartment 8 – Las Rias has been completely and beautifully renovated with high spec finishes and designer kitchen and laundry appliances. The entire unit is fully air conditioned with new reverse cycle air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and living room. The Apartment’s renovation was created by a local interior designer and is quality built with beautifully appointed furnishings and fittings – but with an emphasis on comfort and a calm colour palette. Over- generous kitchen settings and appliances, ample for extra guests dining and with separate outdoor settings for additional guests also.
The new renovation inclusions give consideration to guests that may have some mobility issues. The unit has no internal steps, has raised bench tops, raised toilet heights in both bathrooms, no shower hobs and a built-in shower seating bench in the main shower. All tiled flooring (including the balcony tiling) is nonslip, newly carpeted bedrooms and wardrobes in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
